Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role is centered around providing excellent customer service in a call center environment, responding to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and faxes. You will be tasked with handling a variety of customer issues, from answering questions about paychecks and enrollment information to addressing concerns about working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally in a call center setting.

• Responding to customer inquiries via email correspondence and faxes.

• Engaging in discussions with employers and employees to address their concerns.

• Handling calls related to issues such as missing paychecks, enrollment procedures, or hours worked.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and to maintain customer records.

• Meeting metrics on a daily basis to ensure efficient and effective customer service.

• Navigating between inbound and outbound calls as required by the job function.

• Providing exceptional customer service at all times, resolving any issues that arise.

• Communicating effectively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Adhering to company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Must possess skills in call center customer service

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed

• Experience in email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent educational level.
