Wagman, Inc. Geotechnical Laborer in Washington, District Of Columbia

Position:DC Geotechnical Laborer Location: Regional in Mid Atlantic, primarily DC to start

We are currently seeking a DC Geotechnical Laborer to join our Wagman Geotechnical Group.Reporting to direct field supervision,the Geotechnical Laborer is responsible for arriving to the project sites in a timely fashion on a daily basis. It is a learning role where the candidate will be taking daily instruction from supervision and field crew members, absorbing Wagman safety culture and expectations and taking steps to learn skills required to perform the work. The ideal candidate is a motivated and dependable individual who is seeking to build a career in heavy construction. This individual must have the ability to communicate and work well with others. Experience in earth work, small tool operation and drilling is preferred. This position works along with the entire Project Team to plan and support the completion of assigned construction engineering projects and ensures all plans move forward to meet projected deadlines. *This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction. *This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
