Penske Automotive IT Technician in Warwick, Rhode Island

Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced part-time IT Technician to join our team in Warwick, RI and help support the infrastructure of our technical organization.

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for assisting employees with questions on the usage of technology and for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in deskside support or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems. MacOS a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of hardware components, peripherals, and networking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) preferred.

  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
