The KC-46A Fleet Support Center role will be based out of Warner Robins, GA supporting the KC-46A Fleet Support Center. This position requires participation in periodic on-call support over weekends and holidays. Familiarization with the KC-46 platform is desired but not required.

In this role, you will lead development, analysis, collection, storing, and reviewing of system support technical data elements and specification and makes recommendations. You will be providing recommendations on product supportability and establishes operation maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems to achieve supportability requirements for all equipment subsystems and multiple platforms. Identifies, analyzes, and reviews logistics support candidates from product definition and develops logistics support analysis records and report. In the KC-46A Support role, you will complete spares provisioning requirements analysis of spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking for multiple customers under multiple contract types. This position leads technical documentation preparation for operating, testing, and maintaining aircraft systems/ components. You will also review and lead evaluation of aircraft and/or fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability and provides recommendations for a single or multiple airline customers, single or multiple aircraft model and system specialties

This position is expected to be 100% on-site. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the Warner Robins , GA location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze USAF maintenance records and monitor fleet performance

  • Provide fleet analysis to internal leadership and customers; build and brief monthly metrics as necessary

  • Identify negative fleet trends and provide recommendations

  • Communicate fleet issues across commands, partners and Boeing IPTs

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on development of analytics projects

  • “Connect the dots” between supply, engineering, field service reps and customer focals

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in aviation safety

  • 5+ years aircraft maintenance experience

  • 7+ years of presenting technical and administrative data to Senior Leadership

  • Experience working with regulatory organizations, such as the FAA

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Previous military aircraft maintenance experience

  • Experience support fleet aircraft

  • Experience troubleshooting aircraft system/maintenance issues

  • Experience with the KC-46 or 767 Aircraft

  • Experience with Fuel Systems

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or Masters Degree with 7 or more years’ experience in aircraft maintenance.

This position offers relocation, dependent upon candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations

Summary pay range: 98,600 – 133,400
