CDW Manager – Services Operations in United States

The incumbent in this position will provide management to the Services Operations coworkers in support of CDW Services’ strategies and objectives including; achieving Services’ financial and operational goals; managing a team of coworkers and Supervisors; aligning Services’ coordination processes within CDW; and expanding Services Operations role within CDW.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Work with business leaders and other stakeholders to identify and enable key business initiatives

  • Manage a team Services Operations coworkers and Supervisors

  • Ensure training, development and mentoring of all Services Operations coworkers in accordance with CDW principles

  • Assess, compile, review and present performance metrics to business leaders and other stakeholders on a scheduled basis

  • Review current processes and implement improvements as necessary

  • Sponsor and lead key internal projects to enable Services expansion within CDW

  • Asses the need for and hire coworkers to ensure team capacity aligns to business needs


  • Apply strategies into actionable directives in alignment with business leaders

  • Determine salary and other compensation targets and payouts for Team

  • Limited travel as necessary for individual and team functions

  • Manage issues to resolution


Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous supervision or management experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in IT related Professional Services environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment

  • Influential with others, tailoring communication to the needs of the target audience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience reporting on or analyzing a professional services business model

  • Experience with Professional Services Automation tools

  • Experience implementing process improvement projects
