Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented ISSE II to join our team in Hampton Roads, Virginia supporting the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform, support, or review security assessments to identify vulnerabilities or non-compliance and recommend activities to mitigate or eliminate identified threats.

• Validate, and verify complex system-wide security requirements based on analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.

• Design, develop, and deploy security system architectures to meet evolving customer needs.

• Design, develop, implement and/or integrate security components including for networking, computing, and multi-enclave environments.

• Assist in the development and implementation of security functionality in varied products and services across the enterprise environment.

• Review, provide feedback, and help update and maintain project and program documentation which contain IS stipulations, such as system security plans (SSP), certification and accreditation (C&A) packages, and other system design artifacts.

• Enforce compliance with security authorization activities in accordance with Government standards and the RMF.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related technical field and five (5) years relevant experience or High School Diploma and eleven (11) years of relevant experience.

• Identifying and analyzing systems requirements.

• Developing and maintaining system applications and security.

• Providing user support and guidance.

• Recommending and implementing security upgrades, security patches, and new applications vulnerabilities for installed equipment.

• Developing and maintaining a disaster recovery strategy.

• Ensuring proper documentation, coordination, and maintenance of multiple systems.

• Knowledge of standard DoD and Navy concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Familiarity with Navy/Marine Corps interoperability requirements.

• Ability to manage CS programs to develop requirements, traceability documents, acceptance criteria, and test case mapping for functionality, performance, and regression testing.

• Specific knowledge and experience of DIACAP and RMF are required as well as ACAS experience and DISA ACAS certification

• Experience with eMass.

• CSWF requirements with current baseline and Computing Environment/Operating System (CE/OS) certifications (Preferably VMware, Linux and/or Microsoft Windows 2022)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Seven or more (7+) years of relevant work experience as an ISSE within a U.S. Government environment, DoD strongly preferred.

• Active SEC+ CE certification.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active Secret security clearance
