CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Lead Communication Analyst to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Shaping and executing communication strategies within an organization

  • Crafting and disseminating compelling content across various channels, including internal communications, public relations, and digital platforms

  • Conduct thorough analyses of communication processes and audience feedback to optimize messaging effectiveness

  • Collaborate with teams to develop communication plans, create engaging materials, and ensure consistency in the organization's voice and branding

  • Monitor media coverage, prepare reports, and provide insights to support decision-making

  • Fostering relationships with stakeholders, managing crisis communications, and leveraging their expertise to enhance the organization's reputation and communication outcomes

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance

  • 10+ years of experience and a MA/MS degree, or 14 years or more of experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements

  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

  • Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners

  • Experience with high visibility projects

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
