Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to join the bi-state Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) Program located in Vancouver, WA. The IBR Real Estate Services Manager will utilize and implement the IBR program's mission and values to acquire properties that are needed for construction of IBR program projects, including railroad coordination and access management. The incumbent will manage DOT employees and consultants to deliver assigned tasks while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Additionally, this position is responsible for close coordination with the project development group in determining right of way needs and property acquisition tasks, eminent domain activities, and property management of lands acquired for the program.
