Overview

The Talent Advisor provides full cycle recruitment expertise for a variety of assigned positions. This position will work with leaders to understand ATI business objectives and build recruitment strategies for designated regions/functions to align with goals. Recruitment tasks include building a continuous pipeline of candidates by networking and sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, recommending candidates to leadership, arranging interviews, following up on the selection and contracting process, creating formal job offers, advising hiring managers throughout the hiring process, and acting as a liaison through onboarding. This position is a hybrid role in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand ATI business objectives and the resources needed to support these goals for our clinics and functional support centers.

• Develop, plan, implement and manage all methods to generate candidates, including national/local/internet advertising.

• Independently source, screen, interview, and present candidates for review by the designated leaders.

• Research databases, social networks, job posting results, referrals, and other sources to establish lists of potential candidates.

• Directly call candidates to inform them of opportunities and to generate interest in openings.

• Based on role and business needs, qualify candidates, and recommend a slate of candidates to hiring managers.

• Provide logistical support with scheduling interviews, travel, and office visits.

• Partner with HR Business Partners in finalizing and creating employment offers.

• Build candidate database and pipeline for future recruitment needs.

• Coordinate onboarding with all relevant departments to ensure seamless transaction for new hires.

• Assist with the documentation needed for the completion of the pre-employment process, as needed.

• Advise leadership throughout the recruitment process.

• Seek feedback on the overall hiring process with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Education

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree

Min Experience

Required:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting

• Prior working experience in an ATS

Preferred:

• Healthcare recruitment experience

• Prior experience with CRM

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Business acumen needed to understand business goals and translate into recruitment goals

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal clients across the organization

• Strong presentation skills in informal and formal settings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Required knowledge of Microsoft office and ATS tools
