Fujitsu ServiceNow Presales Solutions Architect in Toronto, Ontario

Following rapid expansion of new name clients into the Fujitsu SaaS ServiceNow practice, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect who has solid and progressive Service now related Presales and Solution Architecture experience and a proven record of successful ServiceNow delivery engagements

Role and Accountabilities:

This will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional with 5 to 10 years' of ServiceNow Architecture, Design and Development experience, as well as a successful recent track record in advising and selling ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate to difference audience types by showcasing the platform (demos and overviews), as well as the ability to develop solution responses to RFP / RFI and other proposal types.

Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to end, provide solutions leadership, content and governance to consulting initiatives and projects.

The Presales Solution Architect will assist with defining the solution foundation and building blocks, conform to standards and best practices, while being realistic with constraints and alternatives to adhere to goals, budgets and timelines. They will have substantive ServiceNow knowledge across its suit of Product lines.

In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • Contribute to and maintain a showcase of solutions created on the ServiceNow platform

  • Assist the sales personnel in qualification of customer needs and performing business value assessments to determine value for clients

  • Propose and demo solution options, business cases, prototypes and walk-throughs to all required levels of stakeholders

  • Lead development of responses to request for information / proposal documents (RFP / RFI).

  • Help to develop strategic pricing and financial strategies.

  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

  • Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets and timelines

  • Provide advisory and assessment expertise for ServiceNow based consulting initiatives and pre-sales engagements

  • Execute architectural solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow leader, subject matter expert, compliance monitor, and go-to architectural authority on projects

  • Coach and advise other Practice personnel (Solution Architects and Developers) as needed

Qualifications:

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years' of ServiceNow Architecture, Design and Development experience

  • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a technical lead / architect

  • Ideally the last 3 years focusing on ServiceNow related presales activities.

  • Prior presales experience with a ServiceNow partner or ServiceNow

  • Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements

  • Experience successfully developing and leading response to RFP / RFI

  • Experience developing strategic financial and pricing strategy.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts

  • Ability to forge strong business relationships and connect with both C- level execs at customers as well as with individuals in ServiceNow eco- system

  • Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience

  • Hands on experience beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, Field Service Management

  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages

  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices

Skills and Certifications

  • ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must

  • ITIL v3 certification

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills

  • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
