The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources, seeks to provide outstanding colleague experience every day. The Global Talent Acquisition function is going through a strategic recruitment transformation, deploying AI, process automation tools and modernizing recruitment infrastructure to focus on talent priorities and improve end-to-end process experience.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst - HR Reporting role will be part of the Colleague Experience Group, responsible for the development and advancement of global reporting and analytics as well as supporting activities within our risk framework. The role requires a good understanding of reporting tools, particularly Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels

  • Understanding our internal stakeholders’ reporting needs and delivering value by creating the right solutions for them.

  • Ensure an exceptional, consumer-grade stakeholder experience

  • Use data and analytics to drive the recruiting strategy, planning and process; address and solve any data integrity, compliance and reporting issues, and provide insight and commentary on local and functional labor markets

  • Manage all compliance reviews as determined by the risk assessments and audits including planning, control testing, evaluation and reporting for all activities associated with recruitment

  • Support ad hoc requests by utilizing existing tools and creating custom reports when required

  • Responsible for preparing cadenced reports and dashboards (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly)

  • Conducting regular audits of system reports and escalate when needed

  • Working in a team environment and providing support to other team members

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with Advance Excel & PowerPoint

  • Hands on Experience in navigating reports via OBI/Human Capital Management (HCM)

  • Experience in HR Reporting or Analytics

  • Ability to manage large data sets and identify the call outs / opportunity areas and share recommendations

  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to flex hours to collaborate with global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Creation of Tableau Dashboards, or other reporting tools, is strongly preferred

  • Exposure to SAS, SQL, MACROS and Big Data

  • Familiarity with Amex recruitment processes and systems will be an added advantage
