Senior Pre Service Specialist - 100% Remote - We welcome residents in our footprint states, AK, CA, OR, WA, TX, or MT

Under the direction of the Pre-Service Supervisor/Manager/Director, the Senior Pre-Service Specialist has a clear understanding and knowledge of all functions performed by Pre-Service. They are responsible for, but not limited to, scheduling, Pre-Registration, estimates and collections, authorization verification and notice of admission enterprise wide - set the tone for patient experience when receiving care at PSJH.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED.

• 6 years - Healthcare experience within Patient Access or Business office setting.

• 6 years - Epic or Similar Scheduling/Registration/Authorization System.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training - Completion of the Revenue Cycle Certification attained upon 6 months of hire.
