Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effectively developing and managing project schedules for Engineering Project Management Office of IEIC-P.

• Ensures all project milestones are achieved within identified and documented time, budget, and performance expectations for small projects or discreet tasks within multiple projects.

• Monitors projects from inception through completion.

• Utilizes the CMS Project Management tools and systems on projects

• Performs critical path analysis and prepares and implements work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Evaluates, develops, and/or implements standards and procedures for project management methodology, practices, procedures, and tools.

• Identifies and reacts to project problems and recommends solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications.

• Maintains the necessary project metrics.

• Functions as the Technical Leader, coordinating numerous functional disciplines in support of project execution.

• Provides technical leadership to a group of project engineers and data miners.

• Facilitates communication between functional groups and with the multiple customers.

• Conducts meetings, consolidates, and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s).

• Identifies improvement opportunities and participates in continuous improvement activities for the Engineering Project Management Office and Integrated Product Team processes.

• Oversees and coordinates the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.

• Monitors and reports the status of all projects to Engineering management staff, project sponsors, clients and other stakeholders.

• Performs other duties as required to ensure project success.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience in program management OR

• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience OR

• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience in program management is required

• Experience in any of programming software application and program management tool is a plus.
