Citigroup VP, Talent Acquisition Systems Delivery Lead in Tampa, Florida

The Talent Acquisitions (TA) Systems Delivery Lead will be part of WITA’s SSD TA Solutions Optimization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated professional to support the execution of a holistic recruitment transformation strategy and drive technology initiatives to support a best in class recruiting organization. The role requires excellent Program Management skills, implementation & adoption knowledge, and experience with HR recruitment systems (HCM, ERP), specifically Workday Recruitment & Onboarding. The successful candidate will be someone who clearly understands the importance and potential of effective management and communication in running a complex matrix function. The incumbent will work closely with recruitment senior stakeholders/technical teams to execute the vision of the team.

This person will have the opportunity to work on our Global Recruitment Ecosystem, comprised of marketing connectivity, assessments, workday recruitment, interviewing and offer integrations, and much more. The maintenance and optimization of this ecosystem touches millions of annual applicants and hundreds of internal stakeholders across the globe. The team is currently focused on evaluating system functionality and operational structures, along with new implementations and our existing Workday & Eightfold footprint. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing & monitoring various initiatives for TA Solutions, review dependencies across various TA programs and determine remediation actions to ensure seamless project delivery across TA Solutions pillar.

  • Build operating & execution model for TA Solutions by collaborating with other SSD pillars and TA Global operational heads.

  • Act as the lead to drive TA Solutions portfolio management activities (new and operational projects), follow established framework, metrics management & reporting.

  • Orchestrate and drive the successful & timely completion of programs to achieve the business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery.

  • Develop mechanisms with stakeholders’ teams to track operational metrics and establish communication cadence.

  • Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users.

  • Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.

  • Maintain weekly and monthly operating metrics reports pertaining to BOW including JIRA.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Work across Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem to develop a scalable, innovative, change management strategy not only on lading the critical changes but also focused on driving the adoption that needs to happen.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years HR technology program management experience

  • Should understand TA Systems as a whole, and for critical systems like Workday, Eightfold, non-compliant applications etc.

  • Experience with instance of Workday recruitment in a global environment, along with downstream vendor integrations to support the recruitment process (i.e., assessments, interviewing, etc.).

  • Experience of developing and executing requirements, managing multiple stakeholders, preventing scope-creep, and managing milestones

  • In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.

  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end testing processes, Quality Center, and other testing related tools.

  • Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.

Skills:

  • Ability to strategically evaluate and provide insights and opportunities based on previous experience in recruitment technology space, along with associated metrics and market valuation.

  • Strong communication skills – able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization.

  • Good organizational skills

  • Influencing skills – ability to influence stakeholders and partners across the business.

  • Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter in terms of filling knowledge gaps.

  • Act as an internal consultant.

  • Ability to prioritize efforts in a demanding environment.

  • Working knowledge of workday, and our collaborative integrated vendor

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$93,440.00 - $140,160.00
