The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Developing and maintaining complex ETL mappings, workflows, and UNIX shell scripts in a Data Warehouse environment, based on technical specifications and other supporting documentation, using Informatica PowerCenter, Unix Shell Scripts, advanced SQL, and Autosys/Tidal Enterprise Scheduler, used for data integration. Performing ETL development with Informatica PowerCenter. Developing UNIX Shell Scripts and Python data integration scripts for data integration and validation. Designing relational and dimensional databases using SQL. Developing and scheduling batch jobs using Cisco Tidal or Autosys Enterprise Schedulers. Performing real-time data integration using messaging queue (MQ), HIVE and AWS. Building CI/CD pipeline for the data integration space for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Performing data integration using, cloud data integration platforms, tools and languages such as AWS, Redshift, EMR, Python and Object Oriented Programming constructs. Providing input for the creation of technology related project documents including functional and detailed design documents ensuring that the design meets requirements and is detailed enough to provide to development teams. Participating in the rollout of any changes to the production environment and the setting of new standards using change control, documentation, and full communication with the operations and support. Ensuring compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies. Gathering/documenting business requirements, analyzing current technology, data, and processes versus potential to create recommended solutions. Analyzing complex cross functional problems, quickly grasp concepts related to industry specific design/development and articulate them concisely to foster project team collaboration. Working with the IT lead and coordinate development, testing, and implementation phases ensuring that all deliverables meet expectations. Supporting the Data Quality Program, including the creation and execution of DQ queries using Informatica and JIRA.

Qualifications – External

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree).

Experience: 5 years of technical experience performing ETL development; developing and scheduling batch jobs; developing UNIX Shell Scripts for data validation and reconciliation; designing relational and dimensional databases; performing data integration in AWS using Python and HIVE; developing Python data integration and validation scripts; and performing real-time data integration using messaging queue(MQ).

Alternate: In the alternate, Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree) plus 3 years of technical experience performing ETL development; developing and scheduling batch jobs; developing UNIX Shell Scripts for data validation and reconciliation; designing relational and dimensional databases; performing data integration in AWS using Python and HIVE; developing Python data integration and validation scripts; and performing real-time data integration using messaging queue(MQ).

Other: Required to work nights & weekends & be on-call during non-business hours for technical support & maintenance purposes.

Other: Position requires employment in-office 4 days per week and remotely 1 day per week.

Wage: $146,000 to $165,000 U.S. dollars per year
