DGR Systems LLC Architect - Identity and Access Management (IAM) in Tampa, Florida

DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect with deep and broad expertise in IAM systems and industry best practices and trends. This individual will perform a lead role in helping our clients identify, analyze, evaluate, and adopt various IAM architectures and technologies from conception through operation.

Additionally, this individual will help develop and drive our internal methodologies and approaches for how we deliver our various services within this space. This position requires an individual that is highly motivated, has an in-depth knowledge of the technical solutions and how they are deployed, is client-focused, and has excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting, design, and deployment services around critical Identity and Access (IAM) solutions to ensure next-level maturity for Enterprise level clients

  • Evangelize IAM industry trends and best practices both internally and to our Enterprise client base

  • Plan consulting and implementation efforts for Enterprise clients; including the development of project charters, statements of work, and level of effort estimates to form project teams and successfully deliver IAM consulting and delivery projects

  • Lead pre-sales efforts by developing and conducting workshops assisting Enterprise clients with evaluation and select IAM solutions to meet their needs

  • Work with multiple OEMs and partners to develop and deliver on client opportunities

  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the IAM team and across the organization

  • Maintain expert level knowledge in key areas of current and future IAM and related technologies, standards, practices, and operations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of practical hands-on expertise in IAM solutions with at least 3 years of experience as an Architect supporting Enterprise-level systems in large, diverse IT service environments

  • Demonstrated mastery of Identity, Access Governance, Privilege Access Management principles and best practices

  • Experience developing and authoring technical standards for IAM, strategies, architecture, and roadmaps

  • Experience with automating access control processes such as User Provisioning, Onboarding, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), authorization models, Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, Active Directory

  • Experience implementing modern authentication solutions leveraging SAML/OAuth/etc.

  • Experience with design and implementation of Identity Life-cycle Management

  • Experience with design and implementation of least privilege and zero trust technologies

  • Experience with implementing Identity and Access Management solutions across Cloud providers (AWS and Azure)

  • Experience with integrating Identity with Cloud/SaaS providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Workday, etc.)

  • Experience with design and implementation with technologies such as Active Directory, OKTA, Siteminder, CyberArk, 2FA/MFA/FIDO Technologies, etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated capability to develop and deliver Enterprise level architecture, technical standards, strategy, and roadmap documentation to the C-Level in a precise, easy-to-consume manner

  • Professional certifications are an asset
