WTW Knowledge Manager/Proposal Content Associate in Taguig, Philippines

The Role

  • Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of the global proposal content repository across WTW

  • Identify and collect proposal-related content (templates, data, and information) from the business and subject matter experts across WTW

  • Establish and maintain a structured system for storing and organizing proposal content, ensuring that data is logically categorized, indexed, and easily retrievable inside the internal repository (Proposal Central)

  • Maintain consistency in formatting, branding, and messaging throughout the internal repository (Proposal Central)

  • Ensure that existing information and materials are regularly updated and remain current, accurate, and relevant

  • Review internal documents and information to ensure they adhere to organizational policies and industry regulations

  • Develop and maintain taxonomies, categories, and metadata standards to classify and categorize knowledge assets, making them easily searchable and retrievable

  • Implement version control mechanisms to track document revisions and maintain a history of changes

  • Offer technical support to users to address issues, answer queries, and resolve access problems, assisting them in locating content they require

  • Maintain networks of geos, businesses, products, services, and offerings of SMEs who contribute to the intellectual capital repositories

  • Collaborate closely with the Client Intake & Questionnaire CoE to synchronize efforts and promote seamless integration, fostering a strong partnership

The Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, communications, or a related field

  • Proposal or knowledge management (content management) experience

  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS)

  • Strong organizational skills, with an eye for design and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams across all WTW geographies and businesses

  • Experience with transformation and change projects, ability to learn new technology and tools
