IQVIA Global Data Analyst 1 in Taguig City, Philippines

Role Purpose:

Under guidance, configures client reports from standard IQVIA systems.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Under broad guidance, manages the on-going daily production for a specific area to an agreed schedule and to client specification.

  • Responsible for the QC production, data investigations and resolutions of client inquiries for the assigned Australia and New Zealand offerings.

  • Communicates findings and provides recommendations arising from data validations conducted during QC production and query investigation for both internal and external Clients.

  • Develops and implements additional quality control/assurance system to further improve data processing and quality.

  • Able to do 100% quality control checking to ensure that every deliverable sent directly to our local office will not cause any escalations.

  • Ensures that the appropriate processes are adequately documented and followed across all systems.

  • Able to understand, comprehend and analyze the classification that requires correct segmentation based on the given category definition documents of each client.

  • Ability to train members to produce high productivity and high accuracy of output that meets or exceeds the expectations of the Local Office.

  • Manages and addresses queries, issues from users to help them improve, develop, and master the process.

  • Create and update training materials or documentations that could help maintain high quality of the output and process.

  • Communicate with the Local office and other managers of the production hub for any instructions and updates when necessary.

  • Ability to multi-task with BAU, admin and other projects that could be assigned.

  • Contribute on identifying process improvement opportunities.

  • Ability to guide the work of others within a team environment.

  • Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes.

  • Have the strong independency to handle different segmentation clients that could be managed in the future growth of the team.

  • Ability to create capacity and resource plan for the team for changing of work volumes and additional onboarding clients.

  • Willing to be trained for technical to run scripts for Python and SQL for QC reports, report generation and other admin tasks used for the process.

  • Ability to identify potential processing improvements and help with the innovation process to validate data required for pre and post UAT.

  • Ability to forecast workload progress and communicate to leaders and Local Office potential strategies.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in science for Pharmacy or any medical background with at least 1 year of experience

  • Willing to do production work and accept additional tasks like Adhoc, special project or other challenging tasks

  • Ability to work with the Local Office, to follow directions accurately and to work under time constraints and changing work volumes

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills

  • Strong customer focus, an attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well with others cross functionally

  • Proven ability to achieve goals on time

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to process large amounts of data to isolate issue in question.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of complex concepts and processes

Additional Requirements:

  • The job requires flexibility to adapt with the rules and requirements of different clients and markets which require quick grasp, analyzation, critical thinking, and strong decision making that resulted in a high quality of output.

  • General knowledge of the company's products and pharmaceutical industry or field specific to a major function.
