Job Description

Responsible for the functional/ technical administration of the Human Resources Information. Systems across UHR, along with administering access control for PeopleSoft roles and responsibilities. Responsible for the integrity of PeopleSoft employee data, table structures, inbound / outbound interfaces, and system enhancements & testing. Develop in depth employee data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding to proactively support. Senior Leadership's HR strategy. Responsible for managing special projects as assigned by the Director of HRIS/IT. Partner with internal/external functional leaders to continuously improve and interface systems to provide a more seamless user experience. Responsible for all regulatory reporting pertaining to OPRA, AAP, NJ State Health Benefits & Pensions, and DOL requests. Responsible for developing and maintaining procedures and guidelines related to HRIS and HRIT.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent related experience

• Experience with Windows applications, distributed systems programming, database administration, networking concepts and IT security

• Experience with mainframe, Oracle Database Design

• SQL queries

• People soft experience

• Experience with HCM - Project management experience is a plus

• Experience using any reporting and analytics platforms null
