Job Summary

This role will provide Project and Construction Management services for a variety of clients. The working location will be CBRE HQ office.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive market knowledge in commercial real estate

• Establish business strategy and manage revenue

• Professionality for client-facing meetings or presentation

• Manage to establish project objectives based on understanding of the requirements and experiences

• Lead or advise communication with the project team and relevant parties

• Manage or advise project execution

• Manage or advise project documentation and reporting

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, eg. Architectural Engineering or Construction Management

• 20+ years’ experience in Project or Construction Management

• Licensed Architectural Engineer/Technician is preferred.

• Experience in a real estate company doing Project Management or Construction Management or Experience at a Construction Management company or Construction Engineering company is preferred.

[자격 요건]

-4년제 대학에서 관련 전공자 우대 (건축학과, 건설관리 등)

-20년 이상의 프로젝트관리, 건설관리 경험 (상무급)

-건축기사, 건축기술사, PMP, LEED 자격증 소지자 우대

-부동산 업계에서의 PM, CM 경험 우대

-건축사 사무소, 건설사, CM사 등에서의 PM, CM 경험 우대
