Salary:                  $200,529/year to $217,690/year + bonus + equity + benefits.

 

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Duties:

Work with teams across Meta to deliver processes, tools, products, infrastructure, and decisions that help us honor people's privacy in everything we do. Support the execution of industry leading privacy programs. Manage dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly. Effectively communicate and interface with internal stakeholders, as well as colleagues and business partners. Track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure user privacy is not compromised. Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology and privacy programs.

Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field and 36 months of experience in job offered or related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted. Experience must include 36 months experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following:  1. Consulting, business operations, technical program management or other operational disciplines; 2. Successfully managing short and long-term cross-functional projects; 3. Program management with leadership in execution of large-scale programs; 4. Process design and process improvement in a complex cross functional environment; 5. One of the following: privacy and data protection, operational risk management, compliance, audit and implementation of control frameworks, privacy by design, information security, adversarial spaces, or incident management. 6. Working in a technical environment influencing stakeholders and engineering teams; and 7. Working with or in support of diverse communities.
