Title: Financial Systems Manager Location: Seattle, WA Job Type: Regular Full-time What's the Opportunity? Ready to make a difference? Anchor QEA is looking for a Financial Systems Manager to be part of a dynamic team making generational impact on the environment. Responsibilities: System Administration and Maintenance Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the marketing CRM system. Supporting role in administration and maintenance of the Financial Management system. Manage user access, security roles and permissions to ensure data integrity and compliance with workflow and processes. Responsible for systems license tracking and user group assignments. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement necessary fixes and enhancements. System Enhancements and Upgrades Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and drive the implementation of new features and functionalities. Assist and/or coordinate system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption of business operations. Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability. Database Management and Integration Manage data integrity, accuracy and quality within the marketing CRM system and provide additional support for the Financial Management system. Assist in developing and maintaining integrations with other enterprise systems and ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. Assist in implementing best practices for data governance and compliance with regulations and standards. Development / Reporting Develop, implement, and refine efficient workflows in CRM system. Ensure workflow aligns with process and facilitates timely and accurate data entry and reporting. Assist in design and configuring reports and dashboards to meet the needs of stakeholders across the organization. User Training and Support Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality, processes, and best practices. Serve as point of contact for user inquires and issue resolution, escalating issues as needed. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. What Are We Looking For? Ideal candidates will have the following: Bachelor's degree 5 to 10 years of prior experience with a large ERP system, in the engineering/construction industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and relational database structures. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills Relational database knowledge Systems administration, security and controls Reporting design What Can You Expect?
