The Data and Analytics Manager is tasked with overseeing a team in generating and compiling database reports, analyzing data for accuracy/inaccuracies. The Data and Analytics Manager's primary role is to

coordinate the creation of reports as requested by various departments across the organization. Proficient in Epic data tables used by data Developers and Analysts to provide solutions using Epic Cogito data model,

Epic Caboodle data model, Epic Clarity data model, Epic Clinical and Financial data model. With strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership and mentorship skills as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, the Data and Analytics Manager works in a team environment and possess the ability to meet deadlines. Leads, manages, supports and empowers the Data and Analytics staff.

* This is a HYBRID position. Required to be onsite 2 days a week.*

Hourly pay range: $42.50 - $62.22 

Education - Bachelor's degree in computer information science, management, healthcare administration, or a healthcare-related field, or relevant experience required.

Experience - Minimum three to five years of experience in using SQL to query complex relational databases and validate reporting results required. At least 3 years' experience with an enterprise health record application, specifically Epic.

Other Requirement(s) - Epic proficiency/accreditation/certification in Cogito and/or Clarity required. Additional certifications in Caboodle and other Epic Modules preferred. Conceptual understanding of how SQL queries are used by data developers, as well as joining tables and ETL (Extraction, Transform and Loading) tasks.
