To thrive in this role, we're looking for candidates who bring: Validated experience as a Search Engineer or Search Architect, with a solid grasp of Elastic, Vector Search, and GenAI technologies. Deep understanding of E-Commerce search solutions, query development, relevancy tuning, and implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) use cases. A background in open-source machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, backed by a degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and/or Lucene. A genuine passion for open-source technology and proficiency in at least one programming language. Strong knowledge of large distributed systems and application infrastructure. Flexibility to travel occasionally for business needs.
