Key Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the SOX program management office (PMO) with specific responsibilities for the Company’s IT controls, including risk assessment, planning, coordination, and support for the external auditor and IT owners.

  • Work with IT management to improve and enhance IT controls, and recommend improvements to the control testing program.

  • Supervise and review SOX and internal audit work of less experienced IT auditors.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of the global risk assessment and annual / quarterly internal audit planning.

  • Execute operational audits and other internal audit assignments, as required.

  • Participate in special audit projects, investigations, and ad-hoc audit assignments.

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrate conceptual and practical experience in internal or external audit, and a strong grasp of audit theory and practice.

  • Exhibit effective data analysis skills to identify risks and develop insights to address said risks.

  • Experience or familiarity with SOX and operational audit management tools (i.e., AuditBoard, Workiva) is a plus.

Business Expertise

  • Experience in IT Compliance, SOX PMO, or Senior IT Analyst roles with a large SOX program.

  • Experience in the following areas is considered a plus:

  • Corporate Accounting or Finance roles; or

  • Prior roles in the semiconductor industry.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Accounting or Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Relevant professional certification, such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CFE.

  • Prior experience with a large public company (in a SOX capacity), public accounting and audit firm, or a consulting firm.

  • International experience is a plus.

  • 7 - 10 years of professional experience.

U.S. Salary Range:

$108,000.00 - $148,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
