As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the entire ServiceNow landscape and roadmap. You'll make strategic decisions to empower our colleagues across all BI locations worldwide and collaborate directly with ServiceNow and other onboarded clients.

In your role as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you'll work alongside other architects within the BI environment, which will continuously expose you to the latest technologies and help you advance your skills.

Tasks and responsibilities

• In your new role, you concentrate on developing the project portfolio and solution roadmaps, based on a solid understanding of business requirements, as well as technology and industry trends.

• Additionally, you ensure that BI architectural governance is up to date by reviewing and approving all demands and changes. You also guarantee the accuracy of architecture-related data in the application-planning repository.

• With your expertise, you contribute to governance processes by providing direction for innovative technologies within your ServiceNow environment.

• Lastly, you assist in making informed decisions based on a thorough understanding of how process or system changes may impact other processes, systems, or people. You also encourage strategies for identifying shared objectives among multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology or a comparable qualification

• • 3 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture, with expertise in ITSM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, and SecOps skills

• A proactive attitude that challenges the status quo, embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional international teams

• Knowledge of architecture, integrations, automation, and security, with a focus on user experience and a customer-oriented approach

• Excellent communication skills in English with a willingness to travel
