Description

Robert Half is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist in San Francisco.

Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Develop recruitment plans and calendars based on operational and sales projections.

  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.

  • Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees about HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.

  • Employee Records Management

  • Maintain both physical and digital files for employees, including their documents, benefits, and attendance records.

  • Employee Engagement and Activities

  • Design employee engagement plans, obtain necessary budget approvals, and initiate activities.

  • Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards.

  • Performance Evaluation and Compensation

  • Evaluate employee performance and recommend appropriate pay adjustments.

  • Take disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.

  • Address employee grievances effectively.

  • Policy Development and Compliance

  • Create, update, and apply all HR policies and company guidelines.

  • Ensure adherence to standards and laws initiated by authorities.

  • Metrics and Analytics

  • Assist in the development of HR metrics and analytics.

  • Interface with vendors for employment verifications and I-9 processing.

  • Facilitate site-specific new hire orientation and ensure completion of necessary forms and documents.

  • Assist with annual processes, projects, and other strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
