Robert Half is hiring for a Compensation Analyst in San Francisco.

Job Description:

• Salary Structure and Design

• Analyze existing compensation structures and recommend adjustments to ensure competitiveness.

• Develop new salary structures, considering market trends and internal equity.

• Administer long and short-term incentive programs, including spot bonuses, commissions, and stock options.

• Ensure these programs motivate employees and align with business goals.

• Pay Equity and Compliance

• Evaluate pay equity across different employee groups.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation.

• Job Descriptions and Evaluation

• Collaborate with HR and managers to evaluate job roles and responsibilities.

• Maintain accurate job descriptions and job architecture.

• Market Research and Benchmarking

• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data.

• Benchmark company compensation against industry standards.

• Budgeting and Reporting

• Develop compensation budgets and guidelines.

• Generate reports on compensation trends and cost analysis.
