An enterprise eCommerce company is seeking an IAM Engineer to join their team in San Diego, CA. This person will join an IAM team that is responsible for tool deployment and enhancing existing onboarding solutions. The role within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is pivotal, requiring a blend of technical prowess and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in deploying IAM tools, driving enhancements, and ensuring robust maintenance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams like HR, Legal, IT, and InfoSec, they will refine IAM processes and develop innovative solutions. Their ability to craft and implement operational strategies, coupled with superior communication and organizational talents, will be key to their success.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience managing and maintaining Active Directory

-In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), IT processes and procedures, information security, and systems implementations required

5+ years experience in automating IT and IAM solutions

Experience with onboarding tools (OneIdentity, Saviynt, etc)

Proficiency with Powershell AWS experience

SQL Server experience null
