Join a new and exciting opportunity to protect national security and provide premier mission focused IT services for a dynamic and growing program. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Architect, to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

In this role, you will provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and manage IT system infrastructure as well as any processes related to problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure Services hosted in multiple cloud environments.

• Provides Tier I/II and Tier 3 (Escalation to Architecture Team) resolution of customer capacity requests.

• Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.

• Provides connectivity and utilization support to Cloud Infrastructure Services managed cloud environment customers.

• Provides customer support through chat, email and capacity request ticketing.

• Responsible for deployment of new solutions into existing cloud resources or off-premise infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree.

• At least nine (9) years of related experience.

• Must Possess strong knowledge of a wide range of cloud services and solutions like AWS, OpenStack and Microsoft Azure products.

• Able to install, configure, administer and monitor VMWare.

• Demonstrated experience in a LINUX OS.

• Demonstrated experience using tools like OpenStack, Eucalyptus, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.

• Must possess one active mid-level or advanced cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience/Knowledge of Virtual Desktop deployment and configuration automation.

• Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
