Our client in the utilities industry is seeking a Sr. Automation Designer to join their team in San Antonio. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay and benefits

Job Title: Sr. Automation Designer

Location: San Antonio, Tx

Pay Range: 130-135k

What’s the Job?

• Ability to manage projects successfully

• Primary client interface

• Experience managing project budgets

• Experience preparing SCADA master plans as well as instrumentation and controls related design documents including P&IDs, loop wiring diagrams, control system architecture diagrams, specifications, and instrument lists

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor degree in Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of practical experience is required

• PE license required

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access etc.) expected

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

• Ability to travel up to 20%
