This Desktop Support Analyst role is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity based in the Malvern, Pennsylvania, area.

How you will make an impact

• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

• Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

• Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions

• Arrange hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

• Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

• Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Requirements - Desktop support or related experience

• Proven knowledge of Comptia Security+

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows

• Active Directory experience desired

• VPN Technologies experience

• ServiceNow experience

• TCP/IP experience

• Security+ certified
