Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented CNO Agile Execution SME to join our team in San Antonio, TX, in support of the Air Force’s Unified Platform (UP) program. This is a hybrid work position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serves as CNO Agile Execution SME and ultimately responsible for the delivery of services required to move the UP organization to new levels of agile maturity.

  • Provide SME support for Agile program planning, strategy, execution, and evaluation of solutions.

  • Provide customized training as needed to successfully implement Agile strategies.

  • Provide expert Agile analysis and counsel to UP management and contractors.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance in defining best practices including capacity planning, monitoring, recovery strategies, and migration strategies.

  • Provide SME support to Agile project management efforts and support for Agile tools/systems that are used to support UP program office execution.

  • Develop, implement, execute, maintain, and continuously improve Agile processes to support consistent application across the entire program office.

  • Develop, implement, execute, maintain, and continuously improve detailed guidance to track all work within Agile management systems for UP leadership to ensure transparency of work status and traceability of work to each hierarchical component of USCYBECOM requirements.

  • Develop, implement, execute, maintain, and continuously improve methodology to continuously groom and prioritize team backlogs that align with requirements, as well as near-term and long-term capability roadmaps.

  • Develop, implement, execute, maintain, and continuously improve detailed strategy to monitor and visualize mission and/or business value, supported by metrics, of planned and delivered work for UP leadership decision support.

  • Develop, implement, execute, maintain, and continuously improve Agile Workflow systems to support UP and JCWA Systems of Systems planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technical program/project management

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile program/project management

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with DevSecOps implementations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Experience supervising technical personnel

  • Experience with technical requirements analysis, dependency resolution, risk management, task tracking, and schedule management

  • Experience interfacing with customer leadership, user community members, and teams of software developers

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working within a Department of Defense organization

  • Experience with a Cyber component of the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA)

  • Experience with Big Data Platforms

  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline implementations

  • Experience with Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Certificate to Field (CtF) processes

  • Experience with Team Topologies concepts, team organization, and interaction modes

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab

  • Certification in Scaled Agile execution.

  • Certification in program/project management.

  • Certification in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) security, administration, architecture.

Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship required

  • Minimum Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $156,400-$261,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
