• Supervise subordinate personnel,including
  • Hiring.
  • Determining workload and delegating assignments.
  • Training.
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance.
  • Initiating corrective or disciplinary action.
  • Reviewing and inspecting work for quality and completeness.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records.
• Manage and coordinate projects.
• Establish preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure an adequate supply of materials.
• Participate in the maintenance of facilities,including plumbing,electrical,heating & air conditioning,etc.

The Best Qualified Candidate The best qualified candidate will have:

• Several years of experience supervising a building/facility maintenance crew of 5 or more members.
• Several years of hands-on building/facility maintenance experience,including building automation/energy management systems.
