Description

We are seeking an IT Manager in Saint Louis, Missouri, who will be instrumental in managing and maintaining our client's IT infrastructure! This role requires a hands-on leader who can strategize and execute plans to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a team and overseeing infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with our business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and other hardware.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT infrastructure team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Plan, execute, and oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Implement robust security measures and protocols to ensure the integrity and security of the company's IT infrastructure.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.

• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

• Maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

• Ensure all IT infrastructure activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Utilize skills such as Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management.

  Requirements

• Must possess extensive knowledge and experience in IT management

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies required

• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary

• Should have a solid understanding of Database systems

• Experience with EO/IR systems is a plus

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is expected

• Must have hands-on experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is mandatory

• Experience with Computer Hardware is essential

• Must be skilled in Configuration Management

• Experience in managing Contracts is necessary
