ICF CDBG-DR DRGR and Reporting Specialist - Remote in Reston, Virginia

Description

ICF Disaster Management division seeks an experienced professional to serve as CDBG-DR DRGR and Reporting Specialist .

As a CDBG-DR DRGR and Reporting Specialist, you should have in-depth experience with the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) requirements as well as working knowledge of other applicable Federal disaster recovery programs. You will support in developing, maintaining, and managing the Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR) system for the State of Oregon. You will also support broader reporting and analytical work to assess needs, develop requirements, and implement improvements to new or existing systems and reports. This position is 100% Remote in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance and training to the client regarding DRGR capabilities

• Assist in updating policies and procedures for DRGR processes and functions.

• Assist with developing best practices for DRGR management and process flow charts.

• Provide the client with financial support and guidance related to processing, reviewing, and drawing reimbursement requests through DRGR.

• Gather data, enter data, and submit DRGR quarterly performance reports for review.

• Provide the client with monthly and quarterly financial reports on the status of the grant, spending, and program progress.

• Gather requirements for reports across systems and tools bases on user guidance

• Develop reports for both ICF and client use.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years direct experience working in “DRGR system”.

• 2+ years of experience with developing reports and collecting requirements for business processes.

Preferred Skills/Experience: (may give candidates an edge)

• Bachelor’s degree

• Expertise in DRGR Action Plan development, experience processing DRGR vouchers, experience in producing Quarterly Performance Reports, or a combination of skills and experience to provide Subject Matter Expertise

• Ability to become proficient in the use of grant management systems or comparable CRMs and experience in testing and fixing

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Excel

• Experience working in a consulting firm or public agency preferred.

• Experience delivering training and technical assistance to state and local government agencies.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$63,511.00 - $107,968.00
