Description Quality Support Specialist - 100% Remote The Quality Support Specialist performs root cause analysis of incoming denials and adjustments due to avoidable losses, and provides monitoring and analysis of performance measures, productivity and quality indicators for all Denial Management staff. Reviews and develops solutions to complex problems with multiple departments and facilities. Works independently using discretionary ability, making complex decisions.
