Required:

• Sr. business/requirements analysis

• Ability to create executive-level reports that include data visualization

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders at all levels

• Comfort with process improvements

• Proven ability to successfully execute deliverables on time in final format

• Sr. Level experience in creating roadmaps and weekly updates

• Experience on high-profile enterprise projects

• Experience using: excel, AzureDevOps, Microsoft PowerBI, Vizio, PPT

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to receive and offer feedback

Preferred:

• Some background in IT, Risk, or Security

• Familiarity with financial institutions and the industry

• Proper BA notation understanding

• Understanding of multiple forms of agile and ability to write user stories/requirements

• Confidence to manage product backlog for audit-ready projects

• Ability to work with a team and on one's own with self direction

• Experience working remotely

• Comfort presenting and working with colleagues and leadership support

• Experience with document control and SharePoint, etc.
