With 5 to 9 years of experience the ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions leveraging MS Power BI SharePoint and the CollabM365 SharePointSuite to drive business transformation and productivity. Technical Skills- MS Power BI SharePoint Search Configuratn Sharepoint Online CollabM365 SharePointSuite SharePoint Content Migration Roles & Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of cloud architecture solutions using MS Power BI and SharePoint Online. - Design and execute SharePoint Search Configuration to enhance data retrieval and business intelligence capabilities. - Oversee SharePoint Content Migration projects ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations. - Utilize the CollabM365SharePointSuite to foster collaboration and improve workflow efficiency across teams. - Ensure the security and compliance of cloud architectures aligning with organizational policies and industry standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage opportunities for cloud-based solutions to address business challenges. - Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization. - Provide expert guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. -Qualifications - Proven experience in MS Power BI SharePoint Online and SharePoint Content Migration is required. - Strong understanding of SharePoint Search Configuration and the CollabM365SharePointSuite. - Experience in SharePoint Administration SharePoint 2019 and MS Power BI Admin is highly desirable. - Familiarity with One Drive For Business SharePoint Infra build Viva Engage Viva Insights and Viva Sales will be advantageous. - Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management domain is beneficial. - Excellent problem-solving analytical and project management skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Commitment to staying current with technology trends and developments. Experience designing collaboration solutions built on Modern SharePoint Online and Teams Experience with Information Architecture and Security Experience with Power Pages Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within an organization The annual salary for this position is between $130000 - $150000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
