IQVIA Site & Patient Networks Director in Reading, United Kingdom

PURPOSE

As a Director within the Strategic Site Solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering site-based network strategies to deliver growth, differentiation, and superior performance across the IQVIA human data science business. The role is focused on growing and maintaining two regional site networks, a Cell & Gene Therapy site network and a Paediatric & Rare Disease site network, to enhance & support growth and delivery of IQVIA business in these specialist therapeutic areas of industry importance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define, plan, and execute the Cell & Gene Therapy (CAGT) and Paediatric & Rare Disease (PRD) Strategic Site Solution strategies:

• Drive both the IQVIA CAGT Site Network strategy and PRD Site Network strategy in EMEA, to meet IQVIA strategic goals & growth objectives.

• Develop and implement strategic goals and roadmaps for both networks to realise sustainable site networks.

• Perform country site landscape assessments, by therapeutic area, to identify potential new network sites.

• Develop alliances with strategically important sites with a view to joining either network. Develop network model, operational plan & value proposition to gain collaboration.

• Work together with IQVIA Prime/Partner Site Relationship Managers, or directly with sites where appropriate, to develop and enhance relationships with the CAGT and PRD site stakeholders to foster customer loyalty; stimulate growth; drive innovative solutions and facilitate collaboration

• Monitor key performance indicators of CAGT and PRD network sites to assess contribution and delivery success

• Support IQVIA teams working with the CAGT and PRD Site Networks to ensure delivery of the IQVIA portfolio including optimising start-up, overcoming any site related barriers and aligning processes where possible

• Initiate action plans to improve efficiencies, project outcomes and quality metrics for operational processes and roles

• Ensure internal processes are aligned with other stakeholder departments to optimize use of the CAGT and PRD Networks

• Develop deep understanding of the CAGT and PRD business environment, therapeutic focus, IQVIA’s delivery strategy & competitive landscape.

• Proactively work to develop CAGT and PRD Site Network capabilities to fit IQVIA trial portfolio, actively liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactively promote the CAGT and PRD Site Networks internally and externally, maintaining their visibility and liaise with the CoE, Therapeutic Strategy Leads to support RFP & Bid defence activities.

• Develop and manage relationships with strategically important external industry site networks with a view to forming collaborative partnerships to support delivery of IQVIA’s CAGT or PRD portfolio where appropriate e.g. connect4children. Develop collaboration model, operational plan & value proposition to gain collaboration.

• Provide leadership to ensure Strategic Site Solutions meet or exceed customer expectations
