Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to implement products and services that our customer base needs and wants to provide them peace of mind. This role will be accountable for implementation and integration of all product creation activities for the Home Protection business (AWHR, NRG Protects, Allied Warranty, etc.) across multiple channels – 3rd Party Partnerships, Digital/Online, Call Center.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

As a Go-to-market Strategy & Implementation Manager, you will be focused on defining the market and sales implementation strategy for the offers on the roadmap, providing input to the offer construct as the roadmap develops, ensuring the execution tracks for delivering are well defined with leaders accountable and responsible for each one. You will facilitate the design of GTM blueprints which will be in place for the different consumption models, customer experience platform evolution, and SLA’s/outcomes via both direct and partner routes to market.

  • Take full ownership of Go-to-market implementation strategy.

  • Document and inventory competitive intelligence as it relates to plan offers, including plan design and market pricing.

  • Analyze potential partner relationships for product offers.

  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

  • Develop excellent working relationships with the Sales, Business, Product, Marketing and Call Center teams.

  • Devise product go-to-market process, plan timelines, launch scenarios and post implementation verifications.

  • Work as an extended member of the product management team, providing input to the offer construct, ensuring high relevance, key differentiation, and GTM priorities are addressed.

  • Work cross functionally, understanding and highlighting the interdependence of GTM success and provide feedback loop between business groups, customers, sales, Partner Organization, and Customer Experience (Services).

  • Act as the HP lead, as it relates to Trade Associations, such as SCIC or NHSCA and keep track of macro and micro market changes.

  • Develop readiness plans and drive execution by relentlessly focusing on the Customer and the Partner experiences and helping our product development teams keep that focus.

  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement to create sales collateral and training, ensuring enablement for sales, presales, partners and services organizations in support of new offering launches.

  • Proactively identify and anticipate roadblocks of technical, business, political, or organizational nature and actively seek resolution with leadership and peers.

  • Provide inputs to identification and development of capabilities needed across the company to support the specific transformation effort.

  • Build an environment of trust, that encourages people to innovate and lead through complexities.

  • Develop relevant metrics to measure portfolio transformation success for Home Protection and the broader market.

  • Coordinate with senior leadership, product management and other internal stakeholders to develop offering milestones and metrics to measure progress against goals.

  • Solicit and incorporate internal and external feedback to monitor offerings progress and, if needed, work with senior leaders to adjust execution plans accordingly to meet and exceed business objectives.

  • Be the voice of the offering, evangelizing to Business partners, Customers and Internal Stakeholders.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

  • Work at home office environment.

  • Travel (based on environmental factors and generally 25-50%).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, business or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years in product management, product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic operations.

  • 5+ years in leadership positions with considerable power of influence at senior levels.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience with increased responsibility in the Home Services industry.

  • Creative problem-solver with strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).

  • Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to internal and external audiences.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.

  • Adept at quickly understanding new technologies and identifying business value.

  • Process orientated with proven ability to communicate to senior level audiences.

  • Ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years leading geographically distributed teams within a matrix organization.

  • Experience building and implementing customer facing products and digital assets for both Business to Business and Direct to Consumer.

  • Expertise in Product development and implementation management.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Expertise in presenting and facilitating discussions at all levels of the organization with intentional outcomes.

  • Ability to effectively manage large teams of people working virtually in both direct and matrixed organizations.

  • Ability to influence with compassion, knowledge, passion, and value-orientation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for online video calls for long durations.

  • Travel and associated sitting and lifting.
