ADP Digital Transformation Manager in Plzen, Czech Republic

The Digital Transformation Manager is a core role to support our transition to a more digitalized company and to manage & lead the required mindset change. You will drive crucial projects to standardize, improve, and automate our business processes.

This role has high visibility at all levels of the organization, is an opportunity for personal growth, and gives deep insight into the entire company.

In this role you report directly to the Director Business Excellence & Transformation.

CORE ACTIVITIES

  • Identify, lead and manage (digital) transformation projects across the organization

  • Identify new opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA)) and continuously improve existing automation

  • Liaise with all levels of the organization to identify and charter process improvement opportunities.

  • Drive standardization across the respective business areas

  • Act as a Change Agent in the organization

  • Interest in RPA controlling- finding root causes for exceptions and helping to solve them

  • Define, document and manage end-to-end processes, especially with regards to automation: PDDs (Process Definition Document), UAT – User Acceptance Tests, Piloting

  • Workshop facilitation (Kaizen, FMEA, RPA Discovery, etc.)

SKILLS

  • Project Management experience

  • Change Management experience

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies Lean and/or Six Sigma or willingness to learn them

  • Communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization

  • Conversant with MS-Office

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus

  • Paisy, LOGA, EDLOHN experience is a plus
