A fortune 100 client is seeking to add to their CTO team, within the enterprise integration and automation for all digital platforms organization .As the Senior Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Automation Testing Lead/Sustain Ops Engineer, your role is crucial in driving the reliability and performance of our retail mobile app. You will head the technical strategy for SRE, automation testing, and chaos engineering, focusing on enhancing our mobile app's resilience and user experience. Your expertise in SRE principles, advanced automation testing frameworks, and chaos engineering methodologies will ensure the continuous operation and improvement of our retail mobile app, aligning it with evolving business needs and user expectations. This role demands a deep understanding of site reliability, automation strategies, chaos engineering practices, and a strong leadership capability. This position is preferred to work out of the office in Telangana 500075, India, on average of 3 days a week. This is a contract to permanent role.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (7+ years) in SRE, automation testing

- Strong skills in developing and implementing automation testing strategies and frameworks.

- Solid understanding of site reliability principles and best practices.

- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and platforms, particularly as they relate to reliability and automation in mobile app development.

- Commitment to implementing best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability within app ecosystems.

- Experience with database technologies, API standards, and protocols for effective system integration. Expertise in chaos engineering methodologies and tools. null
