Pitt IT Computing Lab Coordinator

Assist full-time staff person in the daily operations of Pitt IT Computing Labs. Including but not limited to assisting students with use of physical and virtual computing labs. Troubleshooting physical computer lab hardware. Reimaging and software application installation on physical computer lab hardware. Help with PittPrint (Student Printing): Student refunds, coordinating printer device repairs, maintenance, toner and paper refills. In-person computing lab staffing coverage as needed for support due to lack of student worker coverage. Position is fully onsite on Oakland campus's 6 computing lab locations.

Ability to use Windows and Apple computer devices. Basic troubleshooting of Windows/PC and Apple computer devices. Basic understanding of network and wireless technologies. Experience working in a customer service environment and proven record of excellent customer service skills.
