DOT Safety Associate Coordinator

Overview\ The primary responsibilities of this role involve providing administrative assistance, with a specific emphasis on Department of Transportation (DOT) record keeping, in addition to managing general clerical and administrative tasks.*Full-time position with overtime as necessary to accomplish job task.*

*Work from home and or from Frito Lay Site, candidate must reside in the Southwest Region.*

Responsibilities\ * Support DOT record-keeping duties for assigned areas / locations / routes.\ * Maintain and file DOT records such as DQ files, Maintenance files, timecards, grid logs, vehicle condition reports. (file / purge according to regulations)\ * Audit DOT documents to insure proper completion\ * Generate forecast reports to inform assigned area / locations / routes of upcoming needs for renewing DOT documents\ * Communicate with RSRs and managers on DOT issues\ * Coach / train RSRs and managers on correct DOT processs\ * Scan, upload and file documents to outside approved vendors.\ * Manage DOT rosters / reports\ * Maintain / order / stock required DOT supplies for assigned areas / locations / routes\ * Track / file / DOT Roadside Inspection activities and documents\ * Conduct DOT training for RSRs and managers\ * Conduct DOT self-assessments and participate in Annual DOT audit process\ * Participate in conference calls as required\ * Create Spreadsheets and reports as required\ * Complete PDR / CDAP activities

Compensation and Benefits:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$37,000 - \$66,400 based on a full-time schedule.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.\ * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications\ * Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.\ * Basic knowledge of DOT regulations\ * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels of the organization, external customers, and contractors.\ * Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\ * Experience in prioritizing work and effort made to anticipate managers needs.\ * Excellent follow-up skills, attention to details and accuracy.\ * Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.\ * Cooperative team spirit\ * Candidate must reside in the Southwest Region.
