• Track and monitor progress, create project schedules, oversee status meetings, route projects, and organize job files

• Lead an efficient flow of work and information through marketing, creative, and production departments

• Assist in organizing and handling resources to deliver the elements required to complete a project with defined scope, quality, time frames and cost constraints Requirements - In this position, the candidate will be tasked with analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying business vision and direction

• Comprehension of Perform Ad Hoc Financial

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Experience working with Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar project management software applications

• Capable of communicating both orally and in writing to executive management, team members, business and technology professionals
