Summary of Position: (Brief description of overall responsibilities and function)

As the primary customer focal point in the company for Commercial Business Unit customers, the successful candidate will manage the Bid Contract Management revision of Contract during the negotiation phase and to coordinate the interactions of Contract management team with the customer's representatives during contract execution by providing efficient and effective communication channels and responding to the customers' requests and expectations.

The successful candidate will play a proactive role in the prevention of problems during the execution of the contracts, by highlighting potential areas of concerns to the top management and promptly driving the company to solve issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible to supervise and monitor the yearly budget/monthly cash in and  the helicopters deliveries process in compliance with company procedures by making sure that each contract manager is properly coordinating all involved departments and ensuring the fulfilment of contractual requirements to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.  

2.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *(Specifically describe the essential duties and responsibilities in order of estimated percentage of time that is spent on each).  *

1.Coordinating the contract manager team during management of contracts for the sale of helicopters.  

2.Mentoring and Training New contract managers

3.Ensure Contract Management team compliance to new and existing Procedures and Processes 

4.Works in close collaboration with the head of Program Manager and Sales team to ensure that customers receive what the contract demands by respecting the companies' guidelines and objectives. 

5.Supervise that CM team duly coordinate the internal departments to ensure the proper and timely performance and fulfilment of the contractual obligations on behalf of the customer. 

6.Ensures and report to Senior Manager the on-time payment, 

7.Processes and review the editing of documents that are necessary for the customer to accomplish timely of delivery/acceptance of helicopters, helicopter configuration, definition of painting and interiors scheme 

8.Ensure that each CM works one-on-one with the customer to accomplish the inspection and acceptance of the finished helicopters. 

9.Performs other duties and fulfills other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Manager

10.Provide high level CLM/SAP support and perform Super User activities and Responsibilities.

   *Qualifications for Position: *

*         A. Education*

BA/BS degree in Business or related field (equivalent credentials/experience)

3+ years of contracts experience or related business development field, in addition to at least one (1) year as Senior Contract Manager

*         b. Competencies & Attributes*

1. Strong written and oral communication skills. 

*2. *In-depth knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.

*3. *Leadership potential demonstrated 

*4. *Able to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines.

*5. *Ability to work with online management software-SAP or equivalent.
