Job Description

Knowledge of industry practices and standards. Demonstrates the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.  Experience with Microsoft Suite. Working knowledge of planning yard processes, good customer interface, good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Access and Excel. Scheduling experience is a plus.

Basic Qualifications

Must have either a bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience; OR a master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience; OR a high school diploma and 11 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, Power point and Access
