REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites is preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including but not limited to lifting and carrying materials, tools, and equipment. Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to the appropriate locations. Operate hand and power tools, following safety guidelines and procedures. Perform basic construction tasks as directed by the supervisor. Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks. Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding and barricades. Follow instructions from the supervisor and communicate effectively with team members. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly stored. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the construction team.
