Our client, who is in a large CNC manufacturer is seeking a Sheet Metal Welder to join their team. As a sheet metal welder, you will be part of the fabrication team supporting. The ideal candidate will exhibit honesty, integrity and be a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator

Location: Oxnard

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00

What is the Job?

• Sets up/operates hardware installation machine.

• Help both Laser and Punch operators separate completed parts from "skeletons" (shake out parts) and remove scrap from area.

• Set-up spot-weld machine by selecting proper electrodes, adjusting current, weld, cycles, pressure, dwell, slope and other associated parameters

• Spot-weld product per work instructions or at the direction of his supervisor or manager

• Follow work instructions and understands how to build various sheet metal assemblies, such as UMC door, Stainless Tool Racks, Coolant Tanks, Lathe and Vertical door assemblies and others while ensuring quality conformity to engineering requirements

What’s Needed?

• Must be able to perform each essential duty adequately

• Meet production quotas or goals

• High School Diploma

• Must have at least 1 year experience

• Basic mathematical skills
